Shipping:

If there is a problem with a shipment due to our error, we will remedy the mistake as quickly as possible at no additional cost to the customer. If there is an error due to incorrect ordering, all shipping and restocking charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Ordering:

When ordering please ensure that all information entered is correct as any error is not our responsibility. OAP Cleaner LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Orders can be placed either through the website or via email at Order@OAPCleaner.com. We will always do our utmost to ship all orders immediately upon receipt; however we reserve the right to take up to 8 days to fulfill any order.

Cancellations:

To cancel an order, please call email our customer service department with the word “Cancellation” in the subject line, at CustomerService@OAPCleaner.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, the order will be canceled immediately. If the order has been shipped, all shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds:

Unopened merchandise, in the original packaging returned within 30 days from date of invoice is fully refundable. Returns will not be accepted on items after 30 days. Credit card orders will be credited to the credit card and can take up to 2 weeks to appear back in the customer’s account.PayPal orders will be credited in 3-5 days after the request has been processed. The refund will appear in either the customer’s PayPal balance or on the credit or debit card used in the transaction. Any return MUST be accompanied by either an original receipt or invoice.

Claims or statements about the effectiveness of OAP Cleaner, LLC products and/or each claim or statement comparing the effectiveness of OAP Cleaner products to the effectiveness of other products is expressly limited to the United States, unless otherwise disclosed on the Site.

Any feedback, comments, product review or information (“Feedback”) you submit through or related to this website will be considered non-confidential by OAP Cleaner, LLC. By providing such feedback , you hereby agree that OAP Cleaner, LLC shall have, at no charge, a non-exclusive, unrestricted, transferable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to copy, use, make derivative words of, display and distribute any copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to, or based upon, the Feedback for any purpose. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the Feedback that you provide, and that you, not OAP Cleaner, LLC, have full responsibility for the Feedback, including their legality and copyright.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold OAP Cleaner, LLC, its officers, agents, partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from your use of our site, or your violation of these terms and conditions, or your violation of any rights of any other person or entity.

Legal Disputes:

Should any disputes arise from your use of this Site, you agree that OAP Cleaner, LLC at its sole discretion, may require you to submit disputes to final and binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association, by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with the said Rules. However, notwithstanding these rules, such proceeding and your relationship with OAP Cleaner, LLC and these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Nassau, New York, U.S.

Under this clause, any awards resulting from an initiated arbitration shall be limited to monetary damages and shall include no injunction or direction to any party other than the direction to pay a monetary amount. Further, the arbitrator(s) shall have no authority to award punitive, consequential or other damages not measured by the prevailing party’s actual damages in any arbitration initiated under this section, except as may be required by statute.
